The Story Behind Casa Franc
Casa Franc is a heartfelt blend of organic textures, European influences and vintage touches — designed for slow living and lifelong memories.
The home is named after my daughter Francesca, inspired by a trip we took together to Puglia, Italy. I first fell in love with the region’s masseria-style architecture back in 2016, but it was in 2019, walking those sun-drenched courtyards with my daughter, that the vision for our home truly came to life.
Earthy textures, arched forms and a quiet old-world elegance became the foundation for the design. From limewashed walls to aged brass details, every choice was made with intention — to create a space that feels grounded, calm and rich with soul.
Nestled on the Gold Coast, Casa Franc is the dream home we built for our young family — a place where the kitchen bench is always in use and every corner tells a story.
Design has always been my love language, and Casa Franc has naturally become a place where I can create, style and share that passion. Through thoughtful brand collaborations and creative partnerships, I enjoy bringing beautiful pieces into the home and capturing them in a way that reflects the Casa Franc aesthetic.

Meet the Owners
Casa Franc is the vision of Danika and Brian, brought to life through a shared appreciation for design, architecture and timeless aesthetics.
Inspired by the masseria homes of Puglia, the project became a deeply personal journey, from the architecture and materials through to the smallest considered details.
Today, Casa Franc is the home we share with our two children, Francesca & Harvey. It’s the kind of place we always dreamed of creating, warm, lived-in and full of life, where everyday family moments unfold within spaces designed with intention.
